Improving English Language Competence of Seniors – Piloting in France

This November, our French partner 🇫🇷 Maison de l’Europe des Yvelines has organised a number of interactive teaching sessions for senior people on the topic of English Language Literacy, as part of the United Generations project.

The courses were announced by Maison de l’Europe des Yvelines in advance, together with the other course on digital skills.

Our training room is ready to welcome 13 participants for the English Literacy courses in the frame of the United Generation project taught by Françoise Rawlings from Testenglish Europe. We are excited to begin this training dedicated to elderly people. Let our Community for Adult Trainers grow up!

A total of 13 participants took part in the first two fun-filled classes. Françoise Rawlings from TestenEnglishEurope captivated them with videos, exercises and role-playing. The project coordinator from the Saint-Germain-based organisation also presented the digital platform on which participants can find the content of the “Methods for Improving Listening Skills” course. We would also like to thank our partners at Culture Goes Europe (Erfurt) e.V. in Germany for their technical help with registration on the platform!

The course tested in the sessions in Saint-Germain-en-Laye are also available online:
